You already realize that cardio is essential to lose belly fat and to lose weight in general, but what are the best cardio exercises and how much do you really need in order to do to lose weight around your belly?

The reality is that doing a regular workout can do you the most benefits. So, finding something you love is essential to fulfilling your weight loss goals. Some workouts would offer more intensity than others, but here are some that have proven useful to me as a trainer:

Activities with impact. Exercises that require some impact, such as walking or jogging usually increase your heart rate faster than non-impact activities like swimming or cycling.

Activities with high impact.
High impact activities, or sessions that involve running or jumping, often burn more calories than low-impact activities like walking.

Activities involving the whole body. When you involve both the upper and lower body, as in skiing, it is much easier to get a rapid heart beat and therefore, burn more calories.

This does not mean we should ignore low impact training exercises. Both types of activities provide opportunities to burn calories, and doing both altogether will give you a complete program.
