Famous Diets for Faster Weight Loss

1) The Apple Diet. Yep, it's a low calorie diet!  Lots of antioxidants too. =) You can very much lose weight, with LOW calorie consumption. It can word as a snack, as a dessert, you can put it in a salad!

2) The Moon Diet. Hahaha. WTF. It means fasting for 24 hours and consumption of liquids, either in the form of wines, juices or drinking water. Some experts say it can be healthy. They claim that lost kilograms do not recover, but I'm not sure about this. This is wrong, because if it continues eating very caloric food, our body assimilates them and the weight increases.


3) Diet "SHOCK" in five days. Is a diet that combines meats and vegetables in the two main meals and breakfast and snack: fruits, infusions and yogurt. To the respected narrowly by five days, probably it lower weight, it is hypocaloric.

Consult a professional for a diet adapted to your body.
Do not delete any food in their daily diet.
The food should be varied.
Do not perform lengthy fasts.
Accompanying physical exercise, diets even more no walks.
Make several meals a day in small portions.
Eat slowly, chew food either.
Take time to enjoy the food.
