Things To AVOID During Your Exercise Routine

Exercise is very important for health and is especially important if you want to lose weight or stay in shape.

Costly mistakes can be made at the start an exercise routine. We carry out routine but we can be beaten with boredom, injuries or lack of results. The most common mistakes include:
- Not maintaining correct posture
- Many times we want to exercise by giving more time, more weight or more repetitions and while we aim to achieve this, we sacrifice a correct posture! Without the correct posture, we cannot burn the calories, we don't efficiently exercise our muscles and in the worst case scenario, can cause injuries to the muscles.

What are these costly mistakes to avoid during exercise?

Exercise Mistake 1: Doing everything faster

This is related to the previous point. If you do your routine quickly without putting all your effort in it will be harder to maintain the correct posture, working the right muscles and you'll be more exposed to accidents. Once in the gym, your exercise time should be devoted and you should do what you can and best thing you can do everything at the designated time.

Exercise Mistake 2: Working only the problematic areas
You cannot just have a slim belly, slender arms or narrower hips. Cardio is actually recommended by several experts as it is responsible for burning calories and burning them EVERYWHERE.
Exercising the muscles or invigorating them tightens and makes them firm. But this doesn't mean that you can make only abdominals and expect a flat abs if you have fat in this part. Other muscles should work in harmony

Exercise Mistake 3: Being desperate for QUICK results
Everything takes time and you need to be realistic that the routine will not give results from day to night. It might, in a WEEK, but you have to give it a fixed time frame. The good news is the results are amazing if you stick to it, especially with repeated muscle exercises.

Exercise Mistake 4: No warming up and cooling off
To avoid injury, you should warm up muscles before starting in the gym and cool off by finishing with flexibility routines. Flexibility or stretching exercises relax and soothe the tired muscles and avoid headaches later.

Exercise Mistake 5: Not considering the mind and body
While you are exercising, focusing on exercises and working out the muscles is good. But there's more to that, and this is our mind, our thoughts, our MOTIVATION and PERSISTENCE. Think you have that beautiful body already. Think about the benefits it will give you if you give your best shot to the routine. The mind is powerful. VERY POWERFUL.

I hope you enjoyed this post :-)
