Jennifer Aniston Diet: Lose 5 Pounds In 5 Days

Jennifer Aniston turned 40 last year but is still radiant as ever. The actress has worked on several new films, while being in good shape. So what is her secret? I've read in a magazine that she has this diet where she lost 5 pounds in a week. Here's what the plan is composed of:

Breakfast: 250 calories egg white omelet packed with veggies and feta cheese.

Lunch: A salad of 300-500 calories, with high protein content of fish such as tuna.

Dinner: 500 calories of lean fish or driveway, chicken salad without dressing.

Although this arrangement may seem easy, Jennifer apparently stuck to the same menu every day of the week, with no snacks nor sugary drinks. Calorie intake according to her was between 1050 and 1250, which is very low for size and weight. The doctors said she should consume about 2200 calories a day, especially since she started doing exercises.

I still don't know why Jennifer felt the need to lose 5 pounds extra. She looks great anyway. Anyway, for me, this diet will only get rid of water weight, so it's not a permanent solution to weight loss.
