Want ripped abs? Those flat abdominals look REALLY good. What's the secret? Or is there?

     There are many people who think that there's a secret to flat abs. There are even people who acquire devices which train the abdominals exclusively (whether actively or via electrical stimuli). However, they don't realize that there are more to abdominal muscles than that.
