Push-ups can be executed regardless of where you are, and they are completely free too :-) and require no special equipment or machinery. All you need is the ground and your body. How to do push-ups, and the correct way of executing them:
1 - Lie on the floor (on your stomach) or other surface that is capable of supporting the weight of your body.
2 - Keep your feet together and your toes should be pointing.
3 - Push up using your arms. At this stage, make sure your body is straight from head to toe.
4 - Now you can put your body on the ground until the lower and upper arm form an angle of about 90 degrees.
5 - Bring your trunk towards the floor while taking a deep breath. Inhale, and remember that the back should remain perfectly straight! Then go up while slowly exhaling.
6 - Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the rest of your repetitions.
