Calorie intake according to her was between 1050 and 1250, which is very low for size and weight. The doctors said she should consume about 2200 calories a day, especially since she started doing exercises.
I still don't know why Jennifer felt the need to lose 5 pounds extra. She looks great anyway. Anyway, for me, this diet will only get rid of water weight, so it's not a permanent solution to weight loss.
